Payment, Shipping and Returns

PAYMENT

All payments on AmadeoUSA.com are processed by PayPal. We employ their easy to use and secure Express Checkout service to process all payments against purchases on our website. By delegating the payment processing to PayPal we no longer request, view, or save your payment information such as credit card credentials, billing information, or any other payment information you might use as your checkout option. Please refer to PayPal’s terms and conditions as well as their privacy policy for further information.

The accepted methods of payment as of the time of writing these terms are PayPal accounts, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards. These are the methods of payment accepted by PayPal and are dependent on your location, and they are subject to change at any time in the future.

SHIPPING                                                    

The products you purchase on AmadeoUSA.com will be shipped to you via the United States Postal Service via their Priority Mail service. The duration of shipping may vary depending on the stock status of your order. If the product(s) you have purchased are in stock and ready to ship upon your purchase, shipping usually takes 3 business days domestically. If your order includes any product(s) with a Pre-Order stock status, your shipment will be sent as soon as the product is in stock and this varies from product to product. On average pre-orders take up to 3 weeks to become ready for shipping.

We at AmadeoUSA.com offer our customers free shipping on all our products, regardless of the total of the purchased order. This however may altered in the future and in that case we will notify all our customers about any changes to the shipping options available on our website.

RETURNS AND REFUND

We accept returns within a period of seven days from the day you receive your product. We only accept return requests in the case the product you have received,

-          has a manufacturing defect,

-          is damaged torn, broken or missing parts or elements,

-          defers from the description on the website,

-          defers from the option(s) you have selected (such as size, color, etc.).

In order to return a product you must click on “Returns” visible under “Customer Service” which is displayed both under the “Information” tab in the top menu or in the footer of the website. You must fill a return request in case wish to return a product. We will respond as soon as possible after reviewing your request. Once your request is accepted you will be notified with further instructions on how to return your product(s) and with the refund procedure.
